Manage Organization Settings
Organization Settings allow User Administrators to manage system-level settings that affect reporting across their school or district.
These settings are available from the Organization Info area on the Administration page.
Who Can Access Organization Settings
Only users with the User Administrator role can access Organization Settings.
If you do not see these options, check your assigned role in Administration.
Open Organization Settings
- Click Administration.
- Click Organization Info.
At the bottom of the page, you will see settings buttons for organization-level reporting tools.
Available Settings
Organization Settings currently include the following tools:
- Score Bands: Define the score ranges, labels, and colors used in quintile-style reporting views.
- School Year Calendar: Define the school year date range used for reporting.
Why These Settings Matter
These settings affect how reporting data is displayed across your organization.
For example, score bands control how performance ranges appear in reports, while the school year calendar helps define the reporting window used for school-year views.
Changes made here may affect what teachers and administrators see in reports.
