Once you’ve received our P.O., how does my school site access Classwork.com PRO? |
How Teachers Get Onboarded
For school and district licenses, Classwork.com offers three easy ways to onboard teachers: Clever, ClassLink, and CSV. We recommend the Clever and ClassLink rostering methods since they’re automated and make adding, removing, and updating teachers an easy process.
Clever and ClassLink Rostering and SSO
Classwork.com integrates with Clever and ClassLink rostering. Both services connect to your SIS to retrieve the most recent teacher roster on a nightly basis and send that information to Classwork. Classwork.com automatically compares the current roster to the most recent one, updates existing teachers, invites new teachers, and deactivates teachers who have left the system.
Classwork.com’s support team will help you set up the integration and run tests to validate that data is flowing as expected.
Clever and ClassLink also offer Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities. Through SSO, teachers log in to their Clever or ClassLink portal and find a Classwork.com icon. Clicking the icon instantly authenticates and logs them into Classwork.com, so they can begin their productive workday—no bookmarks or passwords required. They’re always one click away from Classwork.com!

No Clever? No ClassLink? No Worries!
Classwork.com can accept a list of teachers in a simple CSV file. We’ll import the list into our system and generate new accounts, update existing accounts, and deactivate retired accounts as needed.
New accounts will receive a Welcome email from Classwork.com explaining how to sign in. All accounts will be upgraded to PRO status automatically. If any teachers previously paid for an individual PRO account, we’ll cancel and refund the remainder of their subscription.
It couldn’t be easier!
