To make changes to an activity, go to your Activities page and check the box next to the activity you want. This opens the Activity Menu, directly above the selected activity. Click Edit to jump into the Activity Editor.

No matter what, this will open the activity inside the Editor — but what you’re allowed to change depends on whether the activity has already been assigned.

If the activity has never been assigned, you’ll have full editing control. Add, remove, or modify any item you like.

If the activity has been assigned, the Editor will open in Answer Key Mode 

— a special, limited-editing state that protects student work already submitted. In Answer Key Mode, you can still make scoring and answer key adjustments, like changing point values or fixing a correct answer. Any changes you make will re-score existing submissions and apply to all future ones.

Need to make bigger edits? Create a copy of the activity instead, then assign that version separately.
