Activity Menu |
When you're on your Activities page — your digital filing cabinet — you'll see a list of folders and all the activities you’ve created.
Each activity line has a small checkbox on the far left. When you check that box, a menu of quick actions appears at the top of the screen. This is the Activity Menu — your one-stop menu for managing your work.
Here’s what each option does:
- Assign – Send your activity to students. This jumps you into the Assignment options screen.
- Review – Jump straight into the student work from this activity and monitor progress or provide feedback.
- Edit – Reopen the activity in the Studio to make changes or add new questions.
- Preview – See exactly what your students will see — no surprises.
- Copy – Duplicate the activity to make a new version or adapt for another class.
- Move – Organize your activities into folders to keep things tidy.
- Share – Add this activity to a Shared Library or send it to a colleague.
- Print – Generate a printable version for students who need paper-based work.
- Delete – Remove the activity if you no longer need it. (Don’t worry — you’ll be asked to confirm.)
You can also select multiple activities at once — useful for organizing or deleting several at a time. But keep in mind: if you select more than one activity, some options will become unavailable (grayed out), including Assign, Edit, Preview, Copy, and Print. To use those features, make sure only one activity is selected.
Each of these menu options has its own workflow. Click into any article above to learn more about what each button does.
