Search for Activities

Use the Search button to find any activity by title, assignment status, sharing status, or by when it was created or modified.

From the Activities page:

• Click the MORE dropdown near the middle of the page
• Select Search

You’ll see a list of filters to narrow your results:

Search Options:

• Title – Enter part of a title (capitalization doesn't matter)
• Assigned – Show only assigned or unassigned activities
• Shared – Find activities you've shared via link
• Created – Filter by when the activity was originally created
• Modified – Filter by when the activity was last edited

You can combine multiple filters to narrow your search even further.

Search results will appear in a full-screen view. Click any activity to open its details and begin editing or assigning.
