Generate Reading Passages or Text

Use this option to create original reading passages based on grade level, subject, genre, and a specific topic.

1. Select the grade level to set the appropriate reading complexity.
2. Optionally, enter a subject area and/or genre.
3. In the Topic field, describe the topic or theme in detail. Be as specific as possible for best results.
4. Set a minimum and/or maximum word count (optional).
5. Click Generate Passage to create the text.

Once the passage is generated, you'll be able to review and edit it directly.

You’ll then have two options:

• Regenerate Passage – Use this if you change any settings or want a different version.
• Add Passage to Activity – Insert the passage into your Activity as-is.
