Classwork.com does not currently allow you to delete notifications.

If you’d like to keep your notification counter at zero, click Notifications in the Main Menu. Then, check the box next to the Date column header to select all of your notifications. Click Mark as Read.

This will mark all your notifications as read and reset the counter next to Notifications in the Classwork.com Main Menu.
