The Google Classroom integration requires these permissions so Classwork.com can connect directly with your Google classes. This access allows Classwork.com to:

• Create Assignments in your Google Classroom courses

• Sync student lists

• Push scores directly back to your Google Classroom gradebook

This is standard practice for any platform integrated with Google Classroom.

If you prefer to assign activities using Classwork.com links instead of creating Assignments directly within Google Classroom, you won’t need to grant these permissions.
