My Activities Are Missing! Do I Have Two Accounts?

This usually happens when you’ve accidentally created more than one Classwork.com account. It’s easy to do without realizing it — often one account is tied to a personal email and another to a school email. This can be confusing, especially if you switch between devices.


The good news: your “missing” Activities are almost always still there — they’re just stored in your other account. Try signing out and then logging in with your alternate email. You’ll likely see your missing work appear.


If you confirm that you have multiple accounts, email support@classwork.com. Include both email addresses and let us know which one you’d like to keep as your primary account. Our team will merge your Activities so everything lives in one place.
